Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all Food & Beverage services at least weekly across outlets and functions (breakfast, lunch, dinner, lobby, banqueting, room service, and bar).
  • •Prepare and consolidate the yearly department budget and produce monthly income statements and performance meetings with outlet management.
  • •Lead quality and guest satisfaction by monitoring performance and handling guest complaints promptly and courteously.
  • •Drive departmental training and capability building by developing trainers, assigning training responsibilities, and ensuring outlet-specific training programs are implemented.
  • •Act as main point of contact to the Corporate Food & Beverage Team and ensure corporate policies, concepts, and initiatives are followed; support corporate events and conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five (5) years in an F&B management role.
  • •Minimum three (3) years experience in a 5* hotel, preferably in a successful stand-alone food & beverage operation.
  • •Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
  • •Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and provide proactive, rational solutions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with staff and clients/vendors.
