Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the site HR leader in driving HR department success and maintaining a positive labor/employee relations environment.
  • •Support employee investigations and inquiries, facilitate orientation, and assist with OJT training initiatives.
  • •Collect and analyze HR data for workforce planning and help manage retention processes, including time/attendance and job/vacation bid processes.
  • •Maintain and execute DE&I initiatives and the Affirmative Action Plan, and provide resources for employee needs (FMLA, LOA, ADA, Workday resources, etc.).
  • •Maintain HRIS records, compile reports, partner with Talent Acquisition on requisitions, and support HR compliance audits (including SMETA/SWA).

Salary: USD 55,000 - 82,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field plus 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Knowledge of employment law practices.
  • •Experience administering benefits, compensation, and related programs.
  • •Knowledge and use of HRIS such as Workday, payroll/timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
