Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the enterprise Continuous Improvement strategy aligned to organizational objectives, establishing a culture of operational excellence.
  • •Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across logistics functions and apply structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Partner across teams to support customer implementations, facility startups, network expansions, and operational transitions with standardized launch readiness processes.
  • •Collaborate on engineering design and scalable logistics solutions, including warehouse layout and labor models, and implement/optimize WMS, TMS, LMS, ERP, automation, AI, and robotics.
  • •Establish performance dashboards, lead corrective action planning, and manage change management and talent development for continuous improvement adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or operations.
  • •7+ years leading Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Engineering, or Business Transformation initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated success leading multi-site logistics operations, startup implementations, process engineering, and enterprise transformation programs.
  • •Experience supporting customer implementations, facility startups, automation projects, and network optimization.
