  • •Respond to alarm signals and life safety devices (e.g., fire, panic, medical).
  • •Answer inbound phone calls for emergency and non-emergency incidents (e.g., workplace violence, robberies, medical emergencies).
  • •Make outgoing phone calls and dispatch proper authorities and relevant colleagues per policy.
  • •Monitor complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinate appropriate responses to alerts.
