Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Provide support to customers after auto accidents by inspecting and assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, and writing detailed estimates. Help negotiate equitable settlements and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience while meeting performance expectations in a field-based trainee program with required hands-on training and ongoing education.
