Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and accurately complete all financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations or transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Consistently achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer within guidelines, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources using tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Experience handling cash (required).
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
