Lead Payroll Specialist

Lead payroll operations end-to-end by processing regular, retro, final, and off-cycle payments, including ACH adjustments and payline corrections. Serve as the payroll subject matter expert and first escalation point for complex issues, while reviewing and approving payroll transactions and maintaining deep knowledge of payroll laws and internal controls. Coordinate team workload, provide coaching, own audit/control processes, and partner with HR, benefits, tax, accounting, and employee services to ensure accurate, timely pay for 60,000+ employees.
