Welcome guests at WRAP on Southbank and deliver consistently exceptional service throughout their stay. Handle smooth check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels, and process reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems. Serve as the primary guest contact by resolving issues promptly and sharing personalised local recommendations, with rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday.
