Lead AECOM’s Transit/Rail business across the Pacific Northwest by supporting the Division Manager and partnering with senior leadership to drive growth, capture and account management, and successful project delivery. Build and mentor a high-performing team, prioritize safety and customer focus, and ensure technical excellence and quality. Own client negotiations, support division P&L financial execution, and help foster an inclusive, sustainable culture on the West Coast.
