Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-silicon validation planning and execution of System Integration testing, BKC Delivery and other test functions
  • •Build and cultivate relationships with firmware, software, networking, cluster test, and other validation teams
  • •Recruit top talent to support team growth and develop engineering capabilities
  • •Drive test innovation and strategic initiatives based on prior program learnings
  • •Partner with peers to improve quality through methodology enhancements and cross-manufacturing collaboration

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering; Master’s degree preferred
  • •Extensive experience in silicon/system/cluster validation, testing SOCs, enterprise servers, and large-scale clusters
  • •Proven ability to lead and scale global engineering teams (100+ people) and develop talent
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to present to senior executives
  • •Solid understanding of HW/FW/SW interaction and system-level design
