Build and lead a global field marketing and strategic events function from scratch, defining a tiered ABM motion (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many/ABX) to generate and accelerate pipeline. Key Responsibilities

•Define the global field marketing and strategic events strategy as a tiered ABM motion (1:1, 1:few, 1:many/ABX).
•Lead the global hero events programme (e.g., Workvivo Engage) within the broader ABX motion.
•Own a pipeline number and generate/accelerate pipeline across all account tiers to the same standard as other demand channels.
•Lead and scale the regional field marketing team globally, building regional field calendars and account plans in partnership with local marketers.
•Own the field and events budget and drive efficient handoffs with Sales Development and Sales, including attribution and lead routing with Revenue Operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 88,700 - 155,200

Key Requirements

•8+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing, including 3+ years in a people leadership role.
•Proven experience building a field and ABM function from the ground up, ideally across multiple regions.
•Hands-on experience running a tiered ABM motion (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many/ABX).
•Demonstrated pipeline efficiency impact, including speaking to pipeline per dollar (not just attendance/brand metrics).
•Experience owning budgets and reporting pipeline contribution to senior leadership; strong cross-functional collaboration with Demand Generation and Sales Development leadership.
