Job Summary

Serve as the overall program leader for key Data Center GPU engineering initiatives, guiding projects from concept through execution. Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver program and product objectives across development, validation, and delivery phases. Define and drive program plans, schedules, staffing, and program management artifacts, manage risks and mitigation, and ensure alignment across hardware, firmware, software, and driver teams while building execution-focused plans of record and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans based on guidance from management and senior technical leaders.
•Scope and evaluate technical feasibility of new products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with software/hardware architects, validation teams, and engineers.
•Lead end-to-end program execution across development and validation phases to ensure alignment across hardware, firmware, software, and driver teams.
•Develop and manage integrated program schedules covering drivers, software stack components, validation milestones, and hardware/firmware dependencies.
•Establish and manage program management artifacts (plans of record, statements of work, schedules, budgets, scope, and performance/quality KPIs) and identify program/validation risks with mitigation strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,400 - 278,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Several years of hands-on experience working with hardware and/or software validation teams, including test planning, execution, and readiness reviews.
•Strong understanding of requirements management, documentation management, defect tracking, and validation sign-off processes.
•Ability to quickly grasp technical and validation concepts and translate discussions and meeting minutes into clear, actionable plans.
•Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and validation topics to diverse stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, plus formal project management training (PMP preferred).
