Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Product Technical Excellence (PTE) function and serve as technical authority across NPI and product lifecycle.
  • •Discipline lead for a team of 10+ product technical experts, driving PTE vision, mission, and strategy.
  • •Own robust product design, performance, and manufacturability; embed DFx principles (DFM, DFA, DFT, etc.) to improve cost, quality, and scalability.
  • •Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to enable smooth product industrialization and assess risks/readiness across the NPI lifecycle.
  • •Lead technical problem-solving and root cause analysis during NPI and series production while ensuring accurate technical documentation and standards compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial, or related).
  • •Strong academic grounding in product design, manufacturing processes, systems engineering, and reliability engineering.
  • •7-10 years of progressive experience in product development, R&D, or engineering in high-technology or industrial environments.
  • •Significant hands-on experience leading or contributing to end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through industrialization and volume production.
  • •Proven technical authority track record for product design, manufacturability, and performance.
