Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run advanced quantitative survey studies end to end, including conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, price sensitivity, and monadic testing.
  • •Partner with PMs and subscription-revenue leads to translate pricing, packaging, and conversion questions into studies with defensible confidence.
  • •Build and extend longitudinal measurement systems (trackers, benchmarks, perception scales, composite health metrics) and drive monthly reporting.
  • •Explain conversion, retention, and churn by combining attitudinal and behavioral data in Snowflake, partnering with data science.
  • •Lead qualitative work when depth is needed, and advise across the org on when qual, quant, experiments, or no study are appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years conducting quantitative research in a product environment with real qualitative range alongside it.
  • •Advanced degree with methodological training in a quantitative field (Statistics, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Economics, or related).
  • •Depth in end-to-end survey design, including construct definition, instrument logic/branching, quotas, bias mitigation, weighting, and analysis.
  • •Hands-on expertise designing choice-based conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, price sensitivity methods, and monadic or sequential monadic testing.
  • •Comfort using SQL plus Python or R for analysis against a warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and applying practical statistics (regression, ANOVA, hypothesis testing).
