•Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, conduct requirements analysis, and design process quality solutions aligned to business objectives.
•Lead and standardize product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities for FD, R2R, SPC, and AI-enabled process quality applications.
•Develop technical proposals, solution configurations, and ROI/value narratives tailored to customer needs.
•Provide technical consultation and training on product features, functionality, and integration capabilities, including ML/AI-enablement for process quality monitoring.
•Gather feedback from regional presales and customers and work with product and engineering teams to improve FD/R2R/SPC and AI-enabled quality capabilities.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•7+ years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor fab or related high-volume manufacturing environment.
•Prior experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or consulting, including building collateral and delivering customer demos.
•In-depth knowledge of Fault Detection (FD), Run-to-Run (R2R), and Statistical Process Control (SPC), plus strong understanding of semiconductor process flows, equipment, and metrology.
•Working knowledge of ML/AI concepts for process/quality monitoring (e.g., anomaly detection, virtual metrology), with ability to explain to technical and business stakeholders.
