Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day work of the project lead for store renovations and maintenance (prepare files, contact suppliers, compare offers, update databases, etc.)
  • •Participate in meetings with design and execution/work stakeholders involved in the project
  • •Assist with economic analysis and preparation of ratio sheets to build an economic watch
  • •Collaborate closely with internal Group teams (IT, VM, legal, security, sustainable development) to maintain Group standards
  • •Ensure compliance with the architectural concept defined by the agency and support supervision of external operations works

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in architecture, interior architecture, or project management
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English is required; another language is a plus
  • •Experience in retail or hospitality
  • •Adaptability, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and AutoCAD
