Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and release C8 distributions for self-managed customers using Helm Charts, C8Run, Docker Compose, and documentation.
  • •Improve reliability and usability of deployment artifacts across local setups, production clusters, and day-2 operations.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Product, QA, Documentation, and Support to deliver integrated, tested, and documented releases.
  • •Handle engineering-level support cases with the support team and feed learnings back into development.
  • •Drive documentation and onboarding improvements to help customers succeed faster.
