Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Technology Development and align manufacturing roadmap and model-of-record requirements with the forward technology path.
  • •Work with TD and Manufacturing on supplier engagement to ensure resources meet strategic objectives.
  • •Collaborate with Manufacturing on new product introductions to improve performance and enable customer qualification.
  • •Coordinate with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers to meet process safety requirements.
  • •Develop unit-process and module-level control/road-mapping models and optimize module, process, and hardware; engage with suppliers and industry consultants for benchmarking and knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of experience troubleshooting, experimental design, and data analysis.
  • •5–7+ years of proven semiconductor manufacturing experience in areas such as Etch, Films, or Planarization.
  • •Solid understanding of process control, engineering statistics, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • •Solid understanding of solid-state device physics, process integration, and semiconductor metrology/defect analysis/probe and test methodologies.
