Job Summary

Support the ongoing implementation and evolution of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for the Services organization. Work hands-on to design and optimize contracting workflows, translate business needs into structured rules and templates, and partner with Legal, Sales, and Operations to map and migrate contractual constructs. Participate in CLM feature testing and remediation, leveraging enablement tools and driving continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and simplified contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design, preparation, and optimization of Services contracting workflows within the CLM platform.
•Translate business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates in CLM.
•Partner with Legal, Sales, and Operations to map and migrate contractual constructs into systemized processes.
•Participate in testing of new CLM features, including identifying issues, validating outputs, and supporting remediation.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and simplification of contracting processes.

Key Requirements

•High problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
•Strong exposure to data analysis tools such as Excel/SQL/Python, plus PowerPoint and Word for structured analysis and documentation.
•Experience or interest in Sales Enablement, Process Transformation, or Product Management.
•Exposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) or workflow design concepts.
•Ability to work in cross-functional, global teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
