Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the procurement process from demand planning through purchase order execution and post-delivery follow-through.
  • •Analyze material requirements to support production requirements, inventory levels, and forecasts to ensure timely procurement of materials and manufacturing supplies.
  • •Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • •Monitor and expedite open orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials required for production.
  • •Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve material shortages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or related field, OR 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Operations in a manufacturing or a related industry.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • •Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Production scheduling experience required.
