Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, and site-servicing projects for both public and private sector clients.
•Guide multidisciplinary teams through conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases, ensuring excellence and innovation in every deliverable.
•Grow and strengthen client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor from project initiation through completion.
•Collaborate with municipal, utility, and regulatory agencies to navigate planning and approval processes and keep projects moving forward.
•Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, and project quality to ensure successful, predictable outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. designation in Alberta.
•10 to 15+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.
•Proven capability leading complex municipal engineering projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
•Valid driver’s licence and readiness to support site-based work as required.
•PMP certification is considered an asset.
