Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to scale people infrastructure for a fast-growing, operations-heavy organization. Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, engagement, retention, and organizational change. Lead and improve core programs such as performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and org design, translating company and team OKRs into people strategies. Use data and employment-law knowledge to identify risks and improve team effectiveness across a distributed workforce.
