Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development efforts, including attending industry events and leading client conversations for tailored use cases.
  • •Lead customer deployments through hands-on onboarding, training, and working sessions to help users get value quickly (in the first 60 days).
  • •Shape product strategy and roadmap by deeply understanding customer workflows and identifying gaps between current capabilities and real needs.
  • •Translate what Argon does into the specific decisions that commercial team VPs are trying to make next quarter.
  • •Own the execution of industry and partner engagement as the first hire on the Life Sciences team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 240,000 annually
Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in commercial and portfolio strategy in biopharma, with direct biotech or big pharma experience preferred.
  • •Deep working knowledge of pharma’s internal governance process for clinical and commercial decision-making with firsthand experience in how decisions get made.
  • •Experience running client-facing, multi-stakeholder engagements with real complexity.
  • •Comfort operating without structure in an environment without an established process.
  • •Already uses AI tools in their own work.
