Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify resource requirements for business groups, including headcount, capital, vehicle refurb/build costs, and operating expenses.
  • •Collaborate with production and engineering to define KPIs and analyze performance vs. productivity targets.
  • •Partner with business unit leaders to produce financial analysis that supports operational decision-making.
  • •Work with supply chain to ensure financial obligations are tracked and committed appropriately as the business scales.
  • •Coordinate capital expenditure tracking, cash forecasts, financial close analysis, and group-level reporting, including spending variance insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •6+ years of experience in finance or operations.
  • •Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) databases and SQL programming.
