Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for the Northern Region and contribute to overall HR strategy.
  • •Provide hands-on HR support through in-person and virtual presence, participating in regional and store meetings.
  • •Manage employee relations for store locations, including investigations, counseling, and dispute resolution with consistent application of policies and laws.
  • •Partner on full-cycle recruiting and internal posting, manage talent systems and vendor relationships, and analyze retention and recruiting metrics.
  • •Own performance management processes (annual reviews and 30/60-day new hire reviews) and create review content aligned to company goals.
