Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and platform configurations.
  • •Architect scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) aligned with best practices.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and solution designs.
  • •Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
  • •Own the technical governance of the Salesforce org — managing code quality, release management, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role.
  • •Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • •Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools — Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
  • •Proven experience designing and building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
  • •Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
