Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution for FIG clients.
  • •Independently perform assigned tasks, including drafting internal/external documents and marketing materials and executing transactions.
  • •Work day to day with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties, and other senior professionals to advance transactions.
  • •Assist in generating a balanced mix of M&A, debt, and equity capital raising over time, aligned to sector coverage.
  • •Position the bank’s treasury and payment solutions product suite and related services (including floating rate and F/X, private wealth, and insurance) in partnership with coverage teams.
