Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for accuracy and completeness; conduct visual inspections and apply condition codes.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate entries into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP), including inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
  • •Safely store, stage, and organize equipment in warehouse or yard areas; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
  • •Assist unit supply personnel and coordinate with supervisors, Quality Assurance, and transportation teams; support audits, Property Accountability Reviews, and inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • •Knowledge of Army logistical functions and familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply and property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
