Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the maturity of ASML’s risk management processes, enhancing transparency, alignment, and consistent risk principles across the organization.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve risk management governance, processes, and tooling aligned to business needs.
  • •Provide clear, concise, forward-looking risk insights and act as a trusted advisor for consistent risk-based decision-making.
  • •Build and facilitate credible scenarios and stress paths for strategic themes, decisions, and emerging risks; quantify impacts and compare options, timing, and residual risk.
  • •Maintain awareness of the risk landscape and emerging threats, proactively surface new/evolving risks, and foster constructive cross-functional risk conversations and common risk language.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in business, economics, risk management, or technology.
  • •Strong general risk/assurance experience with demonstrated capability to shape risk frameworks and policy.
  • •Experience integrating risk with company strategy and business context in large, complex organizations.
  • •Track record of engaging and influencing (senior) stakeholders and balancing multiple interests.
  • •Experience translating high-level trends into actionable insights, scenarios, and risk views at strategic level.
