Job Summary

Own partner integration programs for the Avvance point-of-sale lending offering, from deal review and internal kickoff through implementation, go-live readiness, and handoff to Customer Success. Define and maintain integration operating models (intake, kickoff, RAID, status reporting, documentation, readiness), build and communicate project plans and executive updates, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Sales, and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently direct and manage partner integration programs across Connect, Flex, and Express integration types through successful go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
•Manage integration project lifecycle from deal review and internal kickoff through implementation, go-live readiness, and post-implementation transition.
•Define and maintain the integration operating model, including standards for intake, kickoff, RAID management, status reporting, documentation, and go-live readiness.
•Serve as the senior liaison across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Onboarding, Sales, Customer Success) and partner technical teams to ensure quality, timeline, and scope alignment.
•Author and maintain program/project artifacts (project plans, documentation, readiness materials, status updates, RAID logs, executive communications) and present clear updates to senior leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,095 - 130,700 annually

•At least 7 years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects.
