Head of Business Risk and Controls Management

Lead the Bank’s First Line of Defence (1LoD) Risk & Controls function across Private Banking and Corporate & Institutional Banking, partnering with business and functional heads to embed Operational Risk Management. Implement and strengthen the operational risk framework and first line internal controls, maintain the First Line Internal Controls Framework, and oversee governance through the Business Controls Committee. Serve as the primary liaison with independent control functions and ensure effective identification, reporting, and remediation of operational risk events.
