Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overall execution of systems design, engineering, implementation, commissioning, and documentation for projects.
  • •Manage engineering scope and deviations across portfolios of projects.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of engineers delivering complex building automation projects.
  • •Drive team compliance with Honeywell engineering methodology and company policies.
  • •Coordinate engineering work packages for local and remote project team members and validate scope with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • •10 years’ experience in building automation, with 2 years of leadership experience acceptable within that experience window.
  • •Experience with Building Manage Systems (BMS) is highly preferred; security will be considered.
  • •Understanding of project/program management including engineering budget and financial/commercial acumen.
  • •Leadership/supervisory experience with strong on-site knowledge, design understanding, and coordination capability.
