Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support HR and benefits systems, including configuration, updates, and day-to-day functionality
  • •Assist with system upgrades, patches, and UAT testing in partnership with IT and functional teams
  • •Support Global Process Lead activities including process documentation, governance, and regional standardization
  • •Monitor HR data integrity and resolve discrepancies across HR systems
  • •Support new HRIS implementation work including scope, risk identification, configuring user testing, training end users, and post-project hyper care

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • •3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or systems-related roles
  • •Experience supporting HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) including configurations and system updates
  • •Experience with HR system implementations, upgrades, or testing cycles (UAT)
  • •Strong understanding of HR processes and data management, with attention to detail and compliance
