Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up new and existing clients by liaising with linkages to facilitate rapid and accurate setup.
  • •Coordinate internal client communication and complete/process corporate card applications and corporate account setups.
  • •Ensure AML/KYC compliance and that the client’s @Work profile and corporate card setup are prioritized correctly.
  • •Ensure MIS, associated products, and @Work tools are set up correctly, monitoring each implementation stage to support Acquisition/Sales teams.
  • •Monitor the first billing cycle to ensure smooth program launch and provide administrative support to the Implementation Leader for new corporate card implementations.
