Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive operating cadences (pipeline reviews, sales cadence calls, forecast discussions, business reviews) across the Global GSI organization.
  • •Work in CRM, sales, and reporting systems to inspect opportunities/deals, validate data, and identify gaps requiring action.
  • •Lead multiple high-priority GSI programs and projects from planning through execution, building governance, milestones, and success measures.
  • •Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into pipeline, partner performance, and business outcomes; synthesize insights for leadership.
  • •Create executive-ready presentations and narratives (QBR/QBR materials, briefing documents) and coordinate cross-functional execution with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience working with Global Systems Integrators and GSI partner/alliance organizations.
  • •Deep understanding of GSI business models, partner motions, joint go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and sales execution.
  • •Strong program and project management capability driving multiple complex initiatives from planning through execution.
  • •Hands-on sales and business operations experience, including pipeline management, deal inspection, reporting, forecasting, and sales cadences.
  • •Advanced proficiency using CRM, reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools (including PowerPoint and Excel) to produce executive-ready insights.
