Job Summary

Support programs within the Product Support portfolio, including Global Patriot, by leading program risk and opportunity (R&O) across production and sustainment life-cycle phases. Execute R&O reporting and analysis, communicate insights to drive predictable results, and interface with internal partners and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Manage R&O leadership activities while collaborating with program managers, program integrators, and IPTLs, with about 10% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage program risk and opportunity (R&O) across multiple life-cycle phases, including production and sustainment.
•Execute R&O reporting and analysis to drive predictable results through meaningful analysis and communication.
•Advocate program plans, processes, and business objectives in support of program execution.
•Interface regularly with internal partners across the Raytheon business and engage in cross-functional partnerships with matrixed stakeholders.
•Work with program teams to implement PM best practices and support program management activities.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) management processes.
•Experience using program management tools such as EVMS, EACs, and/or IMP/IMS.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Strong communication and influence skills with comfort interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
