Senior Security Specialist-Shanghai

Lead day-to-day security operations across the campus in Shanghai, managing guard force coverage, vendor performance, inspections, and access control. Oversee SOC systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarms, and duress systems, and serve as first responder/incident lead with proper escalation, documentation, and after-action reviews. Drive security risk assessments and compliance, support background screening, and coordinate security audits and awareness training for remote site offices.
