Job Summary

Own the end-to-end design process for revenue reporting and invoicing products, from discovery research and user interviews through prototypes, critique, and implementation. Partner with engineers and product managers to shape initiative vision, turn ambiguous problems into clear design opportunities, evolve the design system, and ensure shipped experiences match design intent. Use research, data, and craft principles to drive post-launch measurement and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead user research sessions (discovery interviews, contextual inquiries, usability tests) to uncover pain points and validate solutions.
•Rapidly iterate on low- and high-fidelity prototypes to de-risk assumptions and sharpen problem definitions.
•Partner with engineers and product managers from day zero to shape new initiatives and define success criteria.
•Participate in design critique and raise the quality bar across the team.
•Partner through implementation to ensure the experience matches design intent and evolve the design system post-launch.
