Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are available for each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use a mobile schedule and technology to navigate and commute to patients’ homes.
  • •Connect with patients while collecting relevant information and delivering trained preventative and diagnostic services.
  • •Perform services including phlebotomy/specimen collection and diagnostic screenings (e.g., diabetic retina images, ECGs, digital stethoscopes) as applicable.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training; national certification may be required where state licensure does not apply.
  • •Basic Life Support certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for traveling to patient homes.
  • •Ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs) and carry up to 25 pounds.
