Key Responsibilities

  • •Adapt company legal strategy to Nordics business needs and provide general regional legal support.
  • •Provide corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation/disputes support to the Nordics region in partnership with internal and external SMEs.
  • •Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the Nordics.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.
  • •Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms, and conditions across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to legal templates and guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a barred/practising European lawyer with 4+ years PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
  • •Have experience working in top-tier law firms or in-house experience at a large-scale multinational.
  • •Speak fluent English, plus French or German (an additional language is a strong plus).
  • •Translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities with strong strategic judgment.
  • •Possess strong technical skills and be an effective communicator with emotional intelligence.
