•Craft issue monitoring reports, news digests, policy memos, briefing books, press releases, and pitch decks for clients.
•Manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track progress as a trusted point of contact.
•Support account leads by coordinating timelines and project workflows.
•Track RFPs and potential leads, and contribute to proposal development through research and strategic input.
•Provide guidance on media strategy and support high-stakes media relations, including story development and clipping reports.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, policy strategy, or strategic communications, preferably in consulting, corporate, or institutional contexts.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly and professionally.
