Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft issue monitoring reports, news digests, policy memos, briefing books, press releases, and pitch decks for clients.
  • •Manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track progress as a trusted point of contact.
  • •Support account leads by coordinating timelines and project workflows.
  • •Track RFPs and potential leads, and contribute to proposal development through research and strategic input.
  • •Provide guidance on media strategy and support high-stakes media relations, including story development and clipping reports.
