Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for the definition, governance, and deployment of product and project configuration infrastructure aligned with engineering standards and project needs.
  • •Create and maintain engineering templates related to product infrastructure configuration, including bills of materials and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • •Evaluate, define, integrate, and continuously improve configuration rules to enable newly developed products in product configurators and promote reuse and efficiency.
  • •Lead change management for engineering infrastructure templates and configuration processes, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented per governance requirements.
  • •Analyze feedback and data to identify lessons learned, gaps, trends, risks, and drive structured template/process improvements; coordinate external providers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • •Solid understanding of Baker Hughes products, systems, engineering processes, and project execution environment, or ability to rapidly acquire it.
  • •Experience with product lifecycle management, configuration management, engineering documentation, quality planning, or related digital engineering processes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, guide others, and influence outcomes in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written) and strong oral and written communication skills.
