Key Responsibilities

  • •Run in-person data collections, including scheduling, room/equipment setup, participant flow, and accurate capture from Oura Ring and reference devices.
  • •Manage prototypes and research equipment, troubleshooting functionality issues.
  • •Co-author protocols and SOPs in collaboration with researchers and data scientists.
  • •Track study milestones, proactively flag blockers, and keep studies moving on time.
  • •Perform manual data quality control and collaborate with engineers to build automated checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Human research study experience (e.g., biology, psychology, cognitive science, biomedical engineering), ideally in final stages (4th+ year / 250+ ECTS).
  • •Familiarity with research ethics and Good Clinical Practice.
  • •Strong attention to detail with confidence managing timelines and documentation.
  • •Good communication skills in English.
  • •Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations, and collaborate in a cross-disciplinary team.
