Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, structure, and evolve technology roadmaps aligned with studio and franchise priorities.
  • •Oversee planning, execution, and follow-up of multiple initiatives in parallel, coordinating with Production, Activision studios, and external partners to meet quality and performance goals.
  • •Contribute to architectural direction, technology risk management, and continuous improvement of quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability standards.
  • •Maintain an overall view of system health and key metrics, guiding priorities for live games and in-development deliverables.
  • •Support manager and talent development, including contributing to recruitment, attraction, and retention strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience managing programming and technology teams in the video game industry.
  • •At least 3 completed video game projects as a manager.

  • •Excellent communication skills in French and English, including intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
