Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide market making for CDS index and manage the desk to ensure timely, accurate trade execution for targeted clients.
  • •Maintain market and credit risk positions within desk/business risk appetite and continually assess operational risks.
  • •Ensure correct ticket entry and order routing, coordinate with the sales desk, and support resolution of settlement problems and trade support as needed.
  • •Provide pricing to sales force and clients in line with bank policies and ensure trades are booked to front office position keeping systems per internal policy and regulatory requirements.
  • •Review assigned daily and/or monthly reports and ensure transactions deliver fair outcomes without disrupting orderly and transparent financial markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Market making experience with detailed knowledge of the trading area.
  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication with very strong analytical skills.
  • •Strong problem-solving and decision-making; ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • •FINRA Series 7 & 63 required.
