Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day global privacy operations, including processing data subject requests, improving processes, updating inventory and data mapping, and leading privacy impact assessments.
  • •Support the operationalization of the global privacy program by updating policy and procedures to meet applicable regulatory requirements.
  • •Monitor global privacy legislation and implement new requirements as they arise.
  • •Develop and conduct privacy training to drive organization-wide adoption.
  • •Maintain program metrics and privacy tools, and prepare ad-hoc and quarterly reports for employees, subsidiaries, and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience drafting and reviewing privacy-related contract terms.
  • •Experience supporting global privacy initiatives, including US state privacy laws, EU GDPR, and UK data protection regulations.
  • •Privacy certification.
  • •Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
