Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a strong compliance culture, AML awareness, and ethical conduct; support the FCC framework, systems, and controls.
  • •Evaluate and support implementation of digital, AI, and automation initiatives to enhance compliance processes.
  • •Design and maintain risk-based compliance monitoring programmes and controls; support training and awareness initiatives.
  • •Identify, investigate, and report compliance/AML/sanctions/ethics/anti-bribery breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Act as second line of defense: support compliance guidance, regulatory inspections/audits, maintain the Regulatory Universe, and prepare governance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or Law.
  • •Bilingual English and Arabic (verbal/written).
