Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards and stockroom standards to support a safe, efficient work environment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs, process shipment and product flow, and resolve client needs quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to work in and around all areas of the store and remain in constant movement.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
