Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive HR Operations SOPs across onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and immigration filings.
  • •Optimize and own UKG Ready (module configuration, workflows, integrations, self-service), including data integrity, audits, reporting accuracy, and training for managers and employees.
  • •Oversee end-to-end payroll and benefits operations (domestic and international) with integrated, single-source compensation data and zero-tolerance accuracy standards.
  • •Own domestic and international benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life, disability, and ancillary benefits), including renewals, benchmarking, cost modeling, and employee communications.
  • •Manage HR compliance, audits, and immigration filings (H-1B, L-1, green card sponsorships), maintain compliance training and a compliance calendar, and direct pre-employment onboarding governance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive HR Operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a scaling technology company.
  • •Deep, hands-on HRIS expertise, with strong preference for UKG Ready experience (implementation, configuration, and optimization).
  • •Proven ownership of payroll, multi-state compliance, and benefits administration, including international benefits and 401k plan administration.
  • •Experience managing immigration programs (H-1B and green card sponsorships) in partnership with outside counsel.
  • •Experience managing external audits (401k audits, customer compliance audits, and regulatory filings) and building compliance training that changes behavior.
