Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers and technical experts to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions.
  • •Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • •Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.
  • •Develop and maintain automation project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • •Install, test, and start-up control systems on-site and train operators and engineers on control systems.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics or equivalent
  • •Minimum of 7–8 years of practical experience delivering Automation Engineer/Lead Engineer roles for Process Control systems
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate a diverse technical team
  • •Experience implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code
  • •Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; ability to build strong relationships with customers
